Economic Consequences

Calculations of the economic impact of climate warming are very difficult to carry out. Certain economists speak about a cost of two euros per ton of carbon, while others evoke 50 euros.
Among the advanced figures, it is estimated that climate warming could cost up to 1 point of growth. It will be noted that the banks, the insurances, the farmers and the countries in the process of development are most exposed. According to the adaptation of the economy, political organizations and possible technological revolutions started by the climate change, it is not however interdict to be more optimistic.
